BeatClash 2 - behind the scenes
Icewalker and goldenace thought of BeatClash's sequel shortly after it's finalization. On the 2003's fall, Icewalker wrote a first version of the script and choreography. First and the last trial took place in one February's day when goldenace found some free time. With time, Icewalker decided to replace goldenace's "bad guy" by someone else (with goldenace's silent blessing). In May, a possibility of shooting the film appeared during school stay in Croatia. Quickly, the crew, props and costumes were made. Shooting was sabotaged by weather but we were able to interpret approximately two-thirds of the script. The rest was shot within a year in Prague, post-production was in progress too.
Sneak preview for classmates and web pages visitors took place on 14th December 2005. The same version of the film was screened at Pragocon 2006. "Ceremonial" premiere of the final version took place on 22nd April within the scope of "Concert of Young Talents". Shortly after this, BeatClash 2 was released online.
